Last updated: 15 April 2026. These terms govern participation in The Sephora Circle referral rewards programme operated by Sephora Systems Ltd, Abuja, Nigeria.
The Sephora Circle is a referral rewards programme operated by Sephora Systems Ltd (“Sephora Systems”, “we”, “us”). Members earn Circle Points when individuals they refer make confirmed purchases from Sephora Systems. Points may be accumulated and redeemed for complete computer systems (“Redemption Builds”) at no cost to the member, subject to these terms.
Members earn 1 Circle Point for every ₦1,000 of confirmed order value attributed to their referral link. Points are credited within 48 hours of Sephora Systems confirming receipt of a deposit on the referred order.
Referral attribution is tracked via a browser cookie set when a visitor arrives via a member's referral link. The attribution window is 60 days from the date of the first click. Last-click attribution applies where multiple referral links were used.
Sephora Systems may award bonus points for specific actions at its discretion, including but not limited to: account creation welcome bonus (20 pts), verified public review (10 pts), build showcase feature (25 pts), and pre-registration conversion bonus (10 pts). Bonus point events are subject to change without notice.
Orders comprising 5 or more units on a single invoice may qualify for a 2× point multiplier on the referring member's account at Sephora Systems' discretion. The multiplier must be confirmed by our team and is not applied automatically.
Members may not use their own referral link to earn points on their own purchases, whether directly or through intermediaries. Any detected self-referral will result in point reversal and may result in account suspension.
Circle Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the most recent earning event on the account. If no points are earned within any rolling 12-month period, the entire balance expires. Sephora Systems will send a warning email 90 days before an expiry event. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
The following redemption tiers are available. Specifications are indicative and subject to component availability at the time of redemption:

To redeem, the member must submit a redemption request through their dashboard. Sephora Systems will confirm eligibility within 5 business days. The Redemption Build will be built, configured, and delivered to the member's Nigerian address at no cost, including delivery within Abuja. Long-distance delivery outside Abuja may incur a logistics fee at Sephora Systems' discretion.
Points may be reversed in the following circumstances:
If a reversal results in a negative balance, the account will be suspended until the balance is restored to zero through new earning activity.
Members agree not to:
Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of all accumulated points, and permanent programme ban.
Members may opt in to appearing on the public leaderboard via their dashboard settings. Leaderboard entries display first name, city, and point balance only. Members may opt out at any time and their entry will be removed within 24 hours.
Sephora Systems reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate The Sephora Circle at any time with 30 days' written notice to registered members, except where required by circumstances beyond our control. In the event of termination, members with qualifying point balances will be given a redemption window of 90 days from the notice date.
Circle Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sephora Systems' liability under this programme is limited to the provision of the Redemption Build applicable to the tier redeemed. Sephora Systems is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from participation in the programme.
Personal data collected through the programme is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Referred customer data is anonymised in points ledger records after crediting is complete.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to this programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abuja, Nigeria.
