Sign up before August 1, 2026. On launch day, your unique referral link is sent to your inbox. There is no cost to join.

Your referral link is a unique URL — sephorasystems.com/configurator?ref=YOURCODE. Share it anywhere: WhatsApp messages, Instagram stories, LinkedIn posts, email, or in person.

When someone clicks your link and places an order, their purchase is attributed to you for 60 days via a browser cookie. They don't need to mention your name or use a code at checkout — the link does the work automatically.

Once a deposit is confirmed on your referral's order, you earn points. The formula is straightforward: ₦1,000 of confirmed order value = 1 Circle Point. A ₦500,000 build earns you 500 points.

Your member dashboard shows your real-time points balance, a full history of earning events, your distance to the next tier, and your referral link performance stats (clicks, conversions).

When your accumulated points meet or exceed a tier threshold, a Redeem button activates on your dashboard. Submit a redemption request and our team confirms, builds, and delivers your system.

How long does my referral cookie last?
60 days. If your referral clicks your link today and orders within 60 days, you earn the points — even if they don't order immediately.
Can I refer the same person twice?
Yes, if they make multiple separate orders — each confirmed order earns points. You cannot earn points on your own orders.
When exactly are points credited?
Points are credited when our team confirms a deposit receipt on the referral's order, typically within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
What happens after I redeem a tier?
Our team contacts you to confirm the redemption, schedule the build, and arrange delivery. The build is covered entirely — no payment from you.
Can I redeem a lower tier while saving for a higher one?
Yes. Redemption does not reset your points to zero for the tier above. However, redeemed points are deducted from your balance, so plan your redemption timing accordingly.
What if my referral's order is cancelled?
If an order is cancelled after points are credited, those points are reversed. If the order was never confirmed, no points were credited in the first place.
Does the programme apply to enterprise orders?
Yes. Enterprise orders qualify for points. Orders of 5 or more units on a single invoice receive a 3× multiplier on those points.
